All products on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Kronor) and include Swedish VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Pricing errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

5. Order Confirmation & Payment

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order details. This does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted and confirmed once payment is approved and the item is prepared for dispatch.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Klarna (Pay Now, Pay Later, or Installments – availability varies)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.)
• Shopify Payments and other supported payment processors

6. Klarna Payments

If you choose Klarna as a payment method, you agree to Klarna’s terms and conditions. Klarna performs a credit assessment which may impact your credit score. Klarna may offer different payment plans, including “Pay Later” and installments, based on your eligibility and Klarna’s own approval process. All Klarna inquiries should be directed to Klarna customer service.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer international and domestic shipping with tracking. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown during checkout but may be extended due to delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, natural disasters, courier issues).

Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.

9. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy in compliance with EU consumer law. You may return unused, unworn, and unwashed items in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Exceptions: The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@stopthewarstore.com with a description and photo evidence. We will review and offer a resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or credit.

11. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

We may offer promotional codes or discounts at our discretion. These codes are valid for a limited time and are non-transferable. Misuse or unauthorized use of discount codes may result in order cancellation. Only one promo code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Gift cards are not refundable and must be redeemed in the currency they were purchased in.
